Spring Awakening"and she was amongst those who believed that all humans have at least a tad of light."Photography on a budget. Finding things you already have in your closet. Like this fabric that I've used so many times, in so many different ways. The flowers we used were sponsored by Mother Nature. We literally just picked them in our garden. They're actually considered as weeds, but it's such a pretty flower, so small and delicate but overlooked. The only thing that cost money are the butterflies, which our talented makeup artist made. <3 She purchased the feathers from the dollar store, made them into butterfly wings and glued date pits in the middle. Sharing these images with ginger queen, Regina Piil wearing a beautiful gown created by Maria Heller Designs and cape that I thrifted in Decór Vintage back in March. If you follow me on IG, you'd know from my IG stories that I am obsessed and raving about how I love "@Anne With an E", which is the latest reimagining of “Anne of Green Gables”. In the series, Anne would often often tell stories and imagine herself as a princess named Cordelia. So here's my interpretation of Cordelia. :) The toning of these images were inspired by the series' intro, which was painted by Brad Kunkle and Waterhouse's painting called " The Soul of the Rose" I find that the best way for me to study colour and practice toning and grading is by looking at paintings and drawings of artists that I love. And give my own twist to it.
